For sustainable, emission-free hydrogen production, a wide variety of electrolysis processes are being continuously developed to increase the efficiency, safety, and longevity of the overall systems. Our product solutions are precisely tailored to the respective applications and enable you to optimize processes in a targeted manner and take them to the next level.

Seals used inside or outside electrolysis cells come into contact with the liquid electrolyte (e.g., potassium hydroxide-water mixture) just like the components of the stack. Materials with high temperature and chemical resistance are used to withstand these challenges. These include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and other high-performance plastics.
 

We offer a wide range of high-quality sealing solutions made from specially selected materials – precisely tailored to the required dimensions and quantities. Our solutions are ideal for „large-scale“ electrolysis of up to 3 meters or for electrolysis stacks with several hundred cells.
