Seals made of porous PTFE from ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik offer a reliable and durable solution for media separation in demanding environments and contribute to the efficiency and safety of systems. Thanks to their unique properties, they are a good choice for a wide range of industrial applications.

The square gasket (TipSeal) ensures the tightness of the system in order to achieve the best possible performance of a scroll compressor. ElringKlinger has developed a process for the cost-effective production of these seals by the meter that offers maximum flexibility in the production process and reduces costs thanks to the option of self-configuration of the seal length.

ElringKlinger has developed heat exchangers made of corrosion-resistant plastics for frequent charging and discharging processes of electrochemical energy storage systems where controlled media cooling is essential. These can be integrated in various designs either inside or outside the tanks.

High-quality seals and components made from high-performance plastics are required to achieve a high level of electrical efficiency in electrolyzers. ElringKlinger offers these in suitable materials, dimensions up to 3 metres and in the required quantities, e.g. for “large-scale” electrolysis or for electrolysis blocks with several hundred electrolysis cells.
