In addition to our extensive product portfolio, we develop customized solutions made from high-performance plastics that are precisely tailored to your needs. With our expertise in a wide range of production processes and materials, we realize individual solutions and assemblies with complex geometries. One example of this is the combination of plastics with metals, elastomers or various additives to achieve specific product properties.
In addition, our assemblies integrate a large number of technical requirements in a single component. A component from a single source minimizes your assembly effort considerably and thus optimizes your supply chain.
Types
Pressure equalization element
A carrier component made of MoldflonTM-PA with metal inserts and PolytetraflonTM-PTFE membrane, fully assembled as a safety element for battery technology.
Timing belt cover
An assembly with integrated dynamic seal, metaloseal seal and other sealing elements to improve the fording depth of off-road vehicles.
Thermal management module
A module for regulating the cooling water circuits of combustion engines and battery cooling systems made of MoldflonTM-PA with a mounted gasket made of MoldflonTM-PTFE.
Sensor cover
Sensor covers offer reliable protection for electronic components - temperature-stable up to 150 °C and chemically resistant to aggressive oils and cold cleaning agents.
Pump housing
A pump housing for chemical pumps with high chemical resistance. The complex design is made of PolytetraflonTM -PTFE for demanding applications.
