ElroSeal™ rotary shaft seals for highly dynamic applications
The ElroSeal™ series of rotary shaft seals, including the B, BW, BT, E, EM, SD and SP models, are specially designed for highly dynamic applications. With their ability to handle circumferential speeds from 20 m/s up to 100 m/s, they offer reliable sealing solutions under extreme operating conditions in industrial and automotive applications. They are the ideal solution for rotating shafts in driven tool carriers, electric motors, actuators, turbochargers and compressors.
Advantages
- Optimized sealing lips for excellent sealing performance
- Optional swirl structure for alternating directions of rotation
- Modular system for housing and sealing lip
Types
ElroSeal™ B rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ B rotary shaft seal combines very low friction with excellent wear resistance and high pressure stability. This makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, including pumps, blowers, electric motors and compressors.
ElroSeal™ BW rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ BW rotary shaft seal is equipped with an additional protective lip against dust and dirt.
ElroSeal™ BT rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ BT rotary shaft seal is equipped with a tandem lip for increased safety and pressure stability.
ElroSeal™ E rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ E rotary shaft seal was developed for demanding mobility applications. Thanks to its swirl structure, this design ensures minimum friction with high speed tolerance in both directions of rotation, high pressure resistance and suitability for dry running.
ElroSeal™ EM rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ EM rotary shaft seal is equipped with a precisely tuned spring support that ensures that the sealing lip does not lift off the mating surface even at very high circumferential speeds of up to 60 m/s or shaft runout.
ElroSeal™ SP rotary shaft seal

The ElroSeal™ SP rotary shaft seal, also known as Speedflon™, is a unique, patented sealing solution specially developed for use in extreme high-speed applications up to 100 m/s. Using state of the art sealing technology, combined with a pressure equalization diaphragm, exceptional sealing properties are achieved with very low friction.
