Our heat shrink tubing and roller covers made from high-performance materials such as PolytetraflonTM-PTFE and MoldflonTM-FEP, -PFA and -PVDF are ideal for demanding applications.
Our tubing are expanded using a special heat process and shrink back to almost their original diameter when heat-treated again. This guarantees reliable protection against thermal stress and chemical influences as well as first-class electrical insulation.
We specialize in manufacturing and assembling heat shrink tubing in special sizes according to individual customer requirements. We also offer contract shrink-wrapping of heat shrink tubing on supplied components such as springs, sensors, antennas, rollers and probes.
As standard, we supply our shrink tubing in piece lengths of 1.22 m or on spools in production lengths. In addition, we offer customized lengths to meet your individual requirements.

Types
Heat shrink tubing made of PTFE
The heat shrink tubing made of PolytetraflonTM PTFE with different shrink rates is characterized by its almost universal chemical resistance and its wide temperature range of -200 to +260 degrees. The 2:1 shrink ratio is suitable for uniform diameters and 4:1 for widely varying diameters or thin wall thicknesses. It is ideal for demanding applications and provides excellent electrical insulation.
Dual heat shrink tubing
The dual heat shrink tubing has an inner core made of thermoplastic material such as MoldflonTM-FEP or -PFA. At the shrink temperature of the PolytetraflonTM-PTFE shrink tubing, this material melts and reliably seals the object to be shrink-wrapped in a media-tight manner. Depending on the geometry, the dual heat shrink tubing shrinks back completely closed and can therefore be used as an end cap.
Heat shrink tubing made of FEP
The heat shrink tubing made of MoldflonTM-FEP is available in various shrink rates and is used at low shrink temperatures. It is characterized by high transparency and excellent UV stability. It is particularly suitable for cable insulation, the coating of rollers or as splinter protection. The shrink ratio of 1.3:1 is suitable for constant diameters and 1.6:1 for uniform diameters.
Heat shrink tubing made of PFA
The heat shrink tubing made of MoldflonTM-PFA with various shrink rates is characterized by its high temperature resistance. It is chemically resistant, flame retardant and has a particularly smooth surface. The shrink ratio of 1.3:1 is suitable for constant diameters and 1.6:1 for uniform diameters.
Heat shrink tubing made of PVDF
Heat shrink tubing made of MoldflonTM-PVDF is characterized by its high chemical resistance and outstanding mechanical strength.
It is transparent, self-extinguishing, extremely abrasion resistant and has excellent sliding properties.
Shrinking wrapping
One of our core competencies is the contract shrink wrapping of technically demanding parts with shrink tubing made of PolytetraflonTM-PTFE, MoldflonTM-FEP or -PFA. We shrink-wrap thermocouples, springs, agitator shafts, cable antennas, heaters, probes or dip tubes, right through to entire system components. We also offer contract shrink-wrapping with roll covers or thick-walled pipes.
Roller cover
We are suppliers of roller covers made of MoldflonTM-FEP, -PFA and antistatic versions. The roller cover is manufactured in etched and unetched versions. In addition, the etched roller cover can optionally be bonded to the roller.
