PTFE Rotary Shaft Seals - Standard Types
PTFE shaft seals are often the perfect choice when the operational parameters cause premature failure of traditional sealing products.
High speed lip seal applications that involve high pressures often rely upon PTFE shaft seals to deliver long term, reliable and efficient performance.
Where marginal or oil free conditions exist, dry running rotary seals manufactured from advanced PTFE compounds can often present the only reliable solution. Several standard ranges of PTFE rotary seals are available from stock to cover peripheral speeds up to 30 m/s and pressures up to 10 Bar.
Rotary Shaft Seal HN 2390
Thanks to its high wear and pressure resistance, this standard design is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as pumps, blowers, and compressors.

Rotary Shaft Seal HN 2390 Friction-optimized (FO) - Low Friction Rotary Seal
Compared with the standard version of type HN 2390, the friction-optimized special type has a significantly lower friction coefficient.

Rotary Shaft Seal HN 2580
Standard version for pressureless applications and/or pressures slightly above atmospheric. This version features a highly flexible sealing lip and an additional protective lip. Suitable applications include transmissions/gearboxes, machine tools, and pumps.
