As a manufacturer of corrosion-resistant, chemical and acid-resistant plastic heat exchangers, we offer you Thermo-XTM, a product line made from the high-quality materials MoldflonTM-PFA, -PVDF, -PP and -PE. For decades, we have been developing both standardized and customized solutions that are used worldwide in a wide variety of applications.
Our heat exchangers are available in various designs for internal and external use. The exchange surfaces and dimensions as well as the type and position of the connection fittings are individually designed according to your requirements.
It goes without saying that all our heat exchangers comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

Types
Thermo-X™ shell and tube heat exchanger
The allrounder - For external use in the media circuit
The Thermo-XTM shell and tube heat exchanger made of MoldflonTM plastics is designed for external use and offers universal resistance to acids, alkalis and corrosion. All welded joints are made using a non-contact IR butt welding process, allowing for higher operating pressures. The computer-controlled IR welds and documented welding parameters ensure the highest quality. In addition, all heat exchangers are pressure-tested separately on the inside and outside.
Special designs with detachable fixed or loose flange connections enable one-sided or two-sided opening and individual flushing of the hoses.
Thermo-X™ surface heat exchanger
The efficient one - For internal use in the pool
The Thermo-XTM surface heat exchanger is ideal for small baths or where space is limited. Thanks to the excellent ratio of exchange surface to space requirement and the use of tubing with low wall thickness, high performance can be achieved in the smallest of spaces.
The heat exchangers can be designed in a U-shape with one passage or in a rectangular shape with several passages and are suitable for both floor and wall mounting.
Thermo-X™ modular heat exchanger
The versatile one - For internal use in the pool
The Thermo-XTM modular heat exchanger is used for cooling or heating chemically aggressive liquids in tanks. Thanks to the modular design, compact and stable constructions with exchange surfaces of 0.4 m² to 45 m² are possible. The position and type of brackets and connection pipework can be customized. The heat exchangers are suitable for wall and floor mounting. Weights to prevent floating and protective plates to prevent mechanical damage are optionally available.
Thermo-X™ circular heat exchanger
The strong one - For internal use in the pool
The Thermo-XTM circular heat exchanger, a variant of the Thermo-XTM modular heat exchanger, is specially designed for use in round tanks with an exchange surface of up to 150m2 . The design of the Thermo-XTM circular heat exchanger can be compact round or cylindrical with an open interior for cleaning purposes or for the use of agitators. Weights to prevent floating and protective plates to prevent mechanical damage are optionally available.
Thermo-X™ suspended heat exchanger
The compact one - For internal use in the pool
The Thermo-XTM suspended heat exchanger is a special form of tube shell and tube heat exchanger. The medium is passed through the tubing in two passages, with the deflection taking place in a floating head end cap. Thanks to its compact design, it is particularly suitable for vertical and horizontal installation in tanks where space is limited.
Thermo-X™ mini heat exchanger
The durable one - For internal use in the pool
Our Thermo-XTM mini heat exchangers made of PolytetraflonTM-PTFE and MoldflonTM-PFA are ideal for demanding applications where space is limited. The double-sided cover made of perforated PTFE or PP-natural protective plates ensures a robust construction.
