Thermo-X^TM Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger – Special design

Based on the customer-specific process data, the heat exchangers are designed for the respective application. In addition to the process engineering design, the heat exchanger is also classified in the categories and modules of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Associated with this are the strength verification, the design and manufacturing documentation, and the final pressure test. Each heat exchanger receives an acceptance test certificate and a declaration of conformity.
By using detachable fixed or loose flange connections, designs that can be opened on one or both sides can be realized. In these cases, the use of interchangeable bundles is also possible.
