Tip Seals, also known as scroll seals, are essential sealing elements used in the end faces of scroll compressors (scroll machines). We manufacture customised Tip Seals from various materials for compressors and vacuum pumps, which are used in a wide range of applications. Due to their precise fit, Tip Seals contribute significantly to more efficient compression and thus increase the overall performance and reliability of your compressor or vacuum pump.
Our advanced manufacturing processes allow us to integrate lateral sealing structures into the Tip Seals. These scale-like incisions ensure optimized tightness and performance enhancement of the scroll machines.
